Which healthcare professionals are eligible to use TELUS eClaims?
Eligibility is set by TELUS Health and the insurance providers. Most regulated allied health professionals qualify — physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractors, psychologists, social workers, kinesiologists, occupational therapists, and others. Foot care nurses, RMTs, and certain other roles may have specific requirements. Reach out and we'll help you check eligibility for your designation.
Are there extra fees to use TELUS eClaims through CompanyOn?
TELUS Health charges its own per-claim fees directly to your practice (typically a few cents per claim). CompanyOn does not add markup on top — you pay TELUS directly. Setup of the integration through CompanyOn is included in your plan.
How long does claim setup take after I sign up?
Once you have your TELUS Health eClaims account approved (TELUS handles that approval, typically 5–10 business days), connecting it to CompanyOn takes about 15 minutes. Our support team walks you through it.
What happens if a claim gets rejected?
You'll see the rejection reason in your dashboard immediately. Most rejections are simple data corrections (typo in policy number, expired coverage, etc.). You fix and resubmit in one click — no need to call anyone.
