Welcome to CompanyOn’s waitlist.

This feature allows you to create a list of appointment times that are currently booked.
Giving you an opportunity to remind yourself of such requests and schedule a visit as soon as an opening becomes available.

Let’s show you how it works.

The waitlist is found in your dashboard and comes with default fields similar to the ones already incorporated as part of your appointment scheduler.

Head to your dashboard and click on the booking icon.

You will be able to select the practitioner, the patient, the type of service requested, and the preferred time that fits your client’s needs

Additionally, you will be able to set an expiration date for the wait, the days your client is available and add tags or notes if you need

Once the information is collected, you will be able to edit its content if needed and schedule an appointment right from the list itself when an opening becomes available

That is it! You are ready to set waitlist appointment times.

CompanyOn Product Feature

Welcome to CompanyOn’s Product Retail Feature

This feature allows you to add and list products on your CompanyOn account, making it easier to offer and billing products as part of your services. Products can be billed together with your current services or separately.

Let’s show you how it works.

Head to your product module and click on create product

Next, add the information needed for each product you want to offer. You can add a serial #, a photo of the product, taxes, inventory, shipping and more. click "save" next.

Make sure to set up the percentage for each tax in advance via the admin module.

All products will be listed in the product's directory. You will be able to edit a product by clicking on it or deactivate it by clicking on the "X" icon to the right.

Product list

Once a product is created, you will be able to add it as part of your invoices, add shipping fees if apply and bill together with other services you offer or independently .

Billing Prodcuts

You will be able to offer and bill products online as well via your CompanyOn Services Landing Page. To access the page, click on the subdomain you have created within your clinic's profile info.

Retail feature

Once a customer buys a product from your online store, a notification will be sent to you directly to your account .

Every order will then be recorded in the "Orders" module for you to process and deliver.

CompanyOn Calendar

Welcome to CompanyOn Calendar.

This feature allows you to Effortlessly book, check-in, send automated notifications of appointments, process payments and access your client’s records. All in one place.

Let’s show you how it works.

Head to your calendar module and click on the day and time desired and complete the fields required.

Once an appointment is created, you can access google maps to help you get to your client’s home and even call them!

Also, an automated reminder notification is sent via email or text to your client 24 hours prior to the appointment.

Additionally, by checking an appointment in, our platform automatically creates an invoice for the services you are providing during your visit.

By clicking on your client’s name, you are directed to their timeline where you will be able to record the care you provide and access all their records.

Online forms

Welcome to CompanyOn’s online forms.

This feature allows you to collect the client’s information, prior to the provision of any care. Allowing you to learn in advance, important information that might impact the care you provide and saving you time at the point of careRemember that you can use our Dynamic Forms to create and customize any form you want. And that you need to create a subdomain as part of your clinic profile to take advantage of this feature.

Let’s show you how it works.

Head to the timeline of your client and click on the online form icon, located to the right of your screen.

You will be able not only to send forms, but also request updates of your client’s information.

Dynamic Forms

Welcome to CompanyOn’s Dynamic Forms 

By dragging, dropping, and editing content, you will be able to create and customize any chart template you need to record the care you provide.

Let’s show you how it works.

You can customize your chart templates directly from the timeline, by clicking on the setting icon in the add a new entry tab.

Or by going into your account settings and clicking on the dynamic forms link.

Once on the builder template, on your left you can choose between one or two columns for your chart templates.

On your right, you will be able to choose the type of content you want.

Once you have chosen the content you need, make sure you click on each component to name it as required.

Now, let’s give it a name

That it is. Every time you create a new chart template, it will be listed in the new entry tab of the timeline of your client.
